By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

Important Notice

Fasodel acts as an intermediary platform. We do not employ models or guarantee the quality of services provided by users. All interactions, negotiations, and agreements are between users themselves.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Maintain and update your information as needed
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Attempt to circumvent our booking or payment systems
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Spam or harass other users
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

Commercial Violations:

Engage in transactions outside our platform to avoid fees
Solicit users for competing platforms
Use the platform for illegal commercial activities
Violate intellectual property rights

Enforcement

Violations of these conduct rules may result in:

Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal action where applicable

5. Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform, including photos, descriptions, and other materials (“User Content”). However, by uploading content, you grant Fasodel:

A non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content
The right to use your content for promotional and marketing purposes
The ability to modify content for technical optimization
The right to remove content that violates our guidelines

Photos must be high-resolution and professionally appropriate

No nudity, explicit content, or inappropriate material

Fasodel Intellectual Property

Our platform, including its design, functionality, trademarks, and proprietary technology, is owned by Fasodel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

6. Booking System and Payments

Booking Process

Our booking system facilitates connections between models and clients. When a booking is made:

Client reviews model profiles and submits booking request
Model receives notification and can accept or decline
Upon acceptance, booking terms are finalized
Payment is processed and held in escrow
Services are performed according to agreed terms
Payment is released upon completion confirmation

Payment Terms

Service Fees:

Platform Fee: 10% of total booking amount
Payment Processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
Currency Conversion: 1% for international transactions
Premium Features: Additional fees may apply for enhanced services

Payment Schedule:

Clients pay upfront when booking is confirmed
Funds are held in escrow during service period
Models receive payment within 24 hours of completion
Disputes may delay payment release

Cancellation and Refund Policy

48+ Hours Notice

Full refund available for cancellations with 48+ hours notice

24-48 Hours Notice

50% refund available, remaining amount goes to model

Less than 24 Hours

No refund available, full payment goes to model

No-Show Policy

Full payment forfeited for no-shows without notice

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer

Fasodel provides the platform “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee:

The quality or reliability of services provided by users
The accuracy of user-provided information
Continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform
The security of communications between users

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasodel shall not be liable for:

Excluded Damages:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Data loss or corruption
Personal injury or property damage
Actions or omissions of other users

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fasodel from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Using the account deletion feature in your settings
Contacting our support team
Sending a written termination notice

Termination by Fasodel

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Repeatedly receive negative feedback or complaints
Fail to pay required fees
Become inactive for an extended period

Effects of Termination

Account Access

Immediate loss of access to platform features and content

Data Retention

Personal data deleted within 30 days, transaction records retained as required by law

Outstanding Payments

Pending payments will be processed according to our standard timeline

Surviving Terms

Certain provisions continue after termination, including liability limitations

10. Dispute Resolution

Internal Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through our internal process:

Direct Communication: Attempt to resolve issues directly with the other party
Platform Mediation: Request Fasodel mediation through our support system
Escalation: Formal complaint review by our disputes team
Final Determination: Binding decision by Fasodel (for disputes under $1,000)

Arbitration Agreement

For disputes exceeding $1,000, you agree to resolve conflicts through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Arbitration will be conducted according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

Modification Rights

Fasodel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will provide notice of material changes through:

Email notification to your registered email address
Prominent notice on our platform
In-app notifications for mobile users
Updates to the “effective date” at the top of this document

Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of our Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our Service and may terminate your account.

Full legal responsibility for all agreements

Young Adult Models (16-17):

Require verified parental/guardian consent
Limited to appropriate, non-adult content
Mandatory parental involvement in bookings
Enhanced safety monitoring and reporting
Payments processed through parent/guardian accounts

All users engaged in modeling activities must adhere to industry professional standards:

Professional behavior, timely communication, reliability

Safety Protocols

Adherence to safety guidelines, respect for boundaries, consent protocols

Intellectual Property in Fashion

Special considerations apply to intellectual property in fashion and modeling:

Image Rights: Models retain rights to their likeness while granting usage rights per agreements
Portfolio Usage: Limited platform usage rights for promotional purposes
Brand Collaborations: Separate agreements required for brand partnerships
Commercial Usage: Clear distinction between editorial and commercial rights

14. Platform-Specific Terms

Mobile Application

Additional terms apply when accessing Fasodel through our mobile applications:
